Hobbies

Everyone has a hobby whether they know it or not. You just need to go out and try different things to see what yours is. Having a hobby is extremely important for your well being, especially since we are stuck at home due to the pandemic.

Having a hobby is like a shortcut through which you can spend your time doing something you like. Hobbies don't always have to be something like sports, or music, things that go as far as flying planes can also be included in the hobbies section. If you have been reading some of my previous posts on my blog, you would most likely know some of my hobbies include soccer and biking.

Since we are all stuck at home due to the pandemic, I think it is the perfect time to throw yourself out there and find more than just one hobby. Not only will you spend your time wisely, but you will do things you enjoy a larger portion of your day which kills the roots of depression and other mental illnesses.

If you are in your teenage years, it is very crucial to find something you like to do because after a certain age, it won't be that easy. When you are in school you have plenty of options to choose a hobby from. You can join clubs or an afterschool sport, but what I'm trying to emphasize is that you need to get out of your comfort zone and try something new.
